DR. TYLER DAVIS
Dentist
Dr. Davis received her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then attended East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Professionally, Dr. Davis serves as an active member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is passionate about giving back and being involved in her community, and she enjoys volunteering at the North Carolina Missions of Mercy Dental Clinics. Dr. Davis is Invisalign certified and has clinical experience in many aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, partial and complete dentures, root canal therapy, crowns, tooth-colored fillings, and developing comprehensive treatment plans. She also received training in pediatric dentistry and feels comfortable treating children of all ages.
Dr. Davis and her fiancé, Taylor, are high school sweethearts originally from the Hickory, North Carolina area. They relocated to Charlotte after graduating. When she’s not helping her patients feel confident with their smiles, Dr. Davis treasures spending time with Taylor and their family and friends. You can frequently find them at the gym, walking the local greenway trails, indulging their inner foodie with tasty local eats, or making weekend trips to her favorite place—Wilmington, North Carolina.
Dr. Davis is dedicated to providing exceptional care, and she strongly values forming lifelong relationships with her patients. She strives to provide a personalized dental experience for each patient and educate them about their oral health. DR. KEVIN CHAVEZ
Dentist
Dr. Kevin Chavez grew up in Cincinnati, OH where he received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. After obtaining his degree, Dr. Chavez opted to complete a General Practice Residency at the Abington Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, gaining invaluable experience and training in advanced dental procedures.
Dr. Chavez has been married to his wife, Halston, for 3 years. She is a recent graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. Together, they love to spend time with family, travel, and experience new cultures. Dr. Chavez also loves to watch and play soccer and football, try new restaurants, and go salsa dancing.
Dr. Chavez has a passion for dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association. He values making connections with his patients. His gentle and calm demeanor ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. His clinical interests include crowns, Invisalign, and root canal treatments. Dr. Chavez is excited to join Stellar Dental of Noda. He looks forward to meeting you and taking care of your dental needs!
DR. NATALIE MARTINEZ-ROGERS
Founder & Dentist
Dr. Natalie Martinez-Rogers achieved her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in upstate New York and enrolled in the Harvard School of Dental Medicine immediately after, graduating in 2008. She practiced for 7 years throughout Massachusetts and Charlotte before deciding to branch out on her own.

She opened her first office in the University area of Charlotte in 2014 and her second in Villa Heights (her home neighborhood) in 2018. This was driven by her desire to practice dentistry with 100% of the focus on patient care, which is a consistent trait in everyone she hires onto the team.
​
As a first generation American, born to Cuban immigrants, she is proud that her philosophy of hiring the most qualified applicants has resulted in an ethnically and culturally diverse team that properly represents America today.
​
Dr Martinez-Rogers has recently taken a break from patient care to focus on raising her children, though she is still present in both offices to manage her team and provide mentorship to her doctors by sharing the knowledge she acquired through 14+ years of patient care.
​
You can often find Dr Martinez-Rogers in the greater NoDa area with her husband of 15 years, their two children and their 3 rescued dogs.
VERA
Dental Hygienist
Vera graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Central Piedmont Community College in May 2018; though she began her career in the dental field in 1983 when she started her Associates in Dental Technology in the Ukraine. After graduation, she worked as a Dental Technician until she moved to America in 2000 where she continued her career for 10 more years. Once her kids were older she decided to get her Associate degree in America. She has since earned degrees in both Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist.
Vera and her husband, Alex, have five children who range from 20 to 30 years old. Four of them have their own families and have gifted Vera & Alex with three beautiful grandchildren. In her free time Vera enjoys spending time with her grandkids and accompanying a childrens' church choir.

CJ
Lead Dental Assistant
CJ is originally from a small town in Mexico called Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. He immigrated to the U.S. in 2000 with his family. CJ first became interested in dental assisting after high school, mainly due to his fascination with peoples' smiles. CJ made the decision to attend Charlotte Dental assistant school, graduated in 2018, and immediately joining Stellar Dental.
Outside of work, CJ likes to spend time outdoors playing soccer, spending time with friends and traveling throughout the US. His favorite part of the job is helping people to relax and feel comfortable while sitting in the dental chair.

STEPHANIE
Stephanie is a NC native, spending most of her childhood in Cherryville. After graduating high school she attended Gaston College and earned an Associate's degree in Broadcasting; moving to Charlotte shortly after. Stephanie graduated Charlotte Dental assistant school in 2019, and immediately joined the Stellar crew. After a quick stop in Green Bay, WI, Stephanie realized she needed to come back home to Stellar Dental (and to a lesser extent Charlotte).
In her free time Stephanie loves taking her dog Lyza for walks and play dates. She spends a lot of time with her mother in Cherryville, helping her create items to sell at her booth inside a vintage market.
If you have been to our practice, it is unlikely you have missed Niesje's smiling face or her laughter. The youngest of 16 kids, Niesje was born under the northern lights of Fairbanks, Alaska. Sick of the 10.5 months of winter each year, her family moved to Richmond, VA and later to Raleigh, North Carolina.

Niesje has since settled into Charlotte where she lives with her husband, daughter, younger sister, and baby boy. She joined our team as a receptionist before completing dental assisting school in November 2018. Though she enjoys putting her knowledge to use functioning as an assistant, she gets more pleasure greeting our patients up front. Her goals are always to leave our patients feeling cared for and comfortable.

Though Coraima has spent her entire life in North Carolina, she enjoys getting out of the state for travel and adventure as often as possible.

In 2017 she graduated Early College and continued working towards her associate degree of Science in Medical Office Administration in 2019. Since she had originally aspired to be a Dental Assistant, she decided to look for work in a Dental office following graduation. Stellar Dental snatched her up and quickly found her niche in insurance verification. These days you can find her sitting at NoDa's front desk, working hard to make sure all of our patients insurance information is accurate so patients can feel at ease with their dental visit.
Scheduling Coordinator
SUMMER
Summer was born and raised in Dallas (the good one, not the one in that state with the big star). After graduating high school in 2019, Summer attended Gaston College and earned an Associates degree in Arts with an emphasis on communications. This is when Summer found her love for helping others feel confident. Summer graduated Lake Norman Dental Assisting School in 2022 and joined Stellar Dental immediately after. She now puts that communication degree to full use by ensuring that our hygiene patients are comfortable and care-free during their appointment.
Outside of work, Summer enjoys reading, spending time with friends, kayaking and murder mystery podcasts. She hopes to one day hear a podcast about a murder that happened while friends were reading books on a kayake...right after a dental appointment!
Insurance Coordinator
SELENA
Selena was named after the beloved pop star and she truly keeps that name accurate! When she isn't in the office verifying your insurance benefits, she is out on the town singing and performing at any karaoke bar she can. We are certain we will lose her to the stage one day!

In the meantime, she keep her day job and fill the remainder of her days with hiking and exploring new Charlotte restaurants with her friends and fan club.
